We calculate totals from this site's current public archive, including retained historical records. The earliest available listed booking date is 2022-05-19 and the latest is 2026-10-04. The earliest recorded collection date is 2026-07-19. Older booking dates may belong to people already on the roster when collection began. These dates do not establish complete coverage.
- Booking events
- Each distinct booking number counts once within a selected total. Repeat bookings of one person remain separate events. We do not identify or count unique people by matching names.
- Listed charge rows
- Each saved description row counts once. A row saying “2 counts” remains one row; we do not expand it into legal counts. Administrative holds, warrants, and probation entries are included in their labeled category and are not necessarily new criminal charges. Empty descriptions and booking-link placeholders are excluded.
- Agency attribution
- Only rows explicitly listing the selected agency contribute to its row total. A booking contributes once when it contains at least one matching row. This does not establish which agency made an arrest. Missing agency names remain “Agency not listed”; Clover City Court and Clover Police Department are kept separate.
- Categories
- Descriptions are matched against a maintained exact-description mapping, ignoring case, repeated whitespace, and a trailing count annotation. DUI / DUAC includes descriptions explicitly identifying driving under the influence or an unlawful alcohol concentration. Drug-related rows identify controlled-substance offenses; other alcohol entries and weapons offenses remain separate. New descriptions remain Uncategorized until reviewed. Categories describe listing text, not legal findings.
- Dates and updates
- Date filters use the listed booking date in America/New_York, not arrest, filing, conviction, or release dates. Each refresh recalculates totals from accepted saved descriptions. Retained descriptions are included when newer checks lack details; accepted corrections can revise historical totals. Proposed charge changes are not counted until accepted. This is an evolving archive, not an immutable official statistics series.
- Roster coverage
- Each refresh follows every page of the official active roster, including additional page groups. A record is marked no longer listed only after a complete scan. Failed scans keep the previous snapshot. The source can change between requests, so these are observations at the displayed check time, not a live custody guarantee. Historical records are retained; this does not recover bookings that left the source before collection.
- Missing information
- 0 matching bookings have no usable saved charge rows. 0 archive records have no usable booking date and are excluded when a date filter is applied. 1 matching bookings use retained charge descriptions; 0 have a charge change awaiting review. Zero totals may reflect missing data or collection gaps.
Charges are allegations. These totals do not establish guilt, case outcomes, crime rates, department performance, or complete arrest counts. No longer appearing on the roster can reflect release, transfer, correction, or another source change.
